For Your Birthday

I made this birthday cake- actually a small wall hanging or place mat- for my daughter-in-law’s birthday. The pattern is from the Jolly Jabber, and was one of the blocks in a quilt on the Fat Quarter Shop’s Quilt-Along. So fun to make, and got me doing a little free motion quilting in the white background area. I made a birthday card to match- sorry, no photo. This is a nice small project.. definitely not the last one I will make!
