I started making quilts when we moved, and our new bedroom was COLD! Now I love that we need up to three quilts on our bed in the dead of winter. When you have spent so much time making a quilt, it is very hard to part with them.. so I just pile them on our bed. And -bonus- our cats love them too. OK, we are down to one cat now, but she loves quilts, and sits on them the instant I place them anywhere! These are some of my favourites.
